公司在保定市國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)天威工業(yè)園區(qū)建有花園式工廠，占地面積40772平方米，全封閉的生產(chǎn)車間防塵凈化、空調(diào)控溫，日降塵量≤8mg/m2。擁有世界一流水平的擠壓機、扁線漆包機和換位導(dǎo)線生產(chǎn)線，年生產(chǎn)換位導(dǎo)線10000噸，組合導(dǎo)線和紙包扁線10000噸，無氧銅桿10000噸。
發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀
公司致力于多元化的發(fā)展，先后組建了天威和興電力配件有限公司、天威和鑫金屬材料有限公司、天威華克電力線材有限公司和合肥天威電力線材有限公司四個子公司，使公司成為生產(chǎn)、銷售、服務(wù)、開發(fā)為一體的集約化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化的現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)。
公司擁有一批變壓器制造、檢驗試驗、電磁線系列產(chǎn)品研究、制造、檢驗的專業(yè)人才，以天威集團(tuán)技術(shù)力量為有力支撐，從1998年開始，在普通紙包扁線和紙包組合導(dǎo)線的基礎(chǔ)上，重點開發(fā)了變壓器用電磁線系列產(chǎn)品，先后開發(fā)出縮醛漆包扁線、聚酯亞胺漆包扁線、聚酰胺酰亞胺漆包扁線、熱粘合漆包扁線、熱粘合半硬態(tài)漆包扁線、熱粘合換位導(dǎo)線、熱粘合半硬態(tài)換位導(dǎo)線、熱粘合網(wǎng)包換位導(dǎo)線、半硬態(tài)紙包線、半硬態(tài)組合導(dǎo)線、電抗器用紙包繞組線、殼式變壓器專用電磁線等十幾個新品種，特別是近幾年研制的組合換位導(dǎo)線、階梯狀換位導(dǎo)線、帶屏蔽換位導(dǎo)線等直流換流變壓器專用換位導(dǎo)線，其技術(shù)水平在國內(nèi)同行業(yè)中處于領(lǐng)先地位，公司的產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用在220kV、500 kV 、±800kV、1000kV及以上超高壓、大容量的變壓器及500kV電抗器上。其中，熱粘合網(wǎng)包換位導(dǎo)線是擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、獨立制造技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品，被國家專列局批準(zhǔn)為專利產(chǎn)品，成為線材公司的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點。公司于2006年榮獲河北省質(zhì)量效益型先進(jìn)企業(yè)稱號，2009年被評為河北省優(yōu)秀發(fā)明創(chuàng)造單位。

Baoding Tianwei Electric Wire Co., Ltd. (BTEW) is one of the subsidiaries of Tianwei Group with independent legal personality; BTEW is a manufacturer that mainly produces transformer electromagnetic wires which was set up in 1968. Now the total register capital is RMB450million, the register capital is 100 million RMB. Baoding Tianwei Electric Wire Co., Ltd. (BTEW) is now located at Tianwei Industrial Park of Baoding High-tech Industrial Development Zone and built up garden-style factory, which covers 40772m2. The entire airtight workshop is dust-proof and purified, the fall-dusts amount per day is ≤8mg/m2 , the workshop temperature is controlled by the central air conditioner. The BTEW possesses state-of-the-art extruding lines, flat enameling machines, and the CTC production lines, which has an annual production capacity of 10000t CTC, 10000t combined wires and paper wrapped wires, 10000t non-oxygen copper rod. BTEW is devoted to diversification development, set up 4 branches of Tianwei Hexing Electric Fitting Co., Ltd., Tianwei Hexin Metal Material Co., Ltd., Tianwei Huake Electric Wire Co., Ltd., and Hefei Tianwei Electric Wire Co., Ltd., it makes the BTEW to modern enterprise with integration and industrialization of production, marketing, service, R&D. BTEW has a large number of specialized personnel on making, testing, inspection and R&D for electromagnetic wires. Since 1998, strong technical supporting from Tianwei Group, we had successfully developed series of transformer electromagnetic wires on the basis of paper wrapped single conductor and paper wrapped combined conductors. Our company had successively developed more than ten kinds of new products, such as polyacetal enameled flat copper conductor, polyester enameled flat copper conductor, polyamide-imide enameled flat copper conductor , heat-bonding enameled flat copper conductor, enameled Semi-hard heat-bonding flat copper, heat-bonding CTC, heat-bonding Semi-hard CTC, netting heat-bonding Semi-hard CTC, Semi-hard paper-wrapped single conductor, Semi-hard paper-wrapped combined conductors, reactor-used paper wrapped conductors, electromagnetic wires for shell-transformer, etc.，especially in the recent years, we developed combined CTC, stepping CTC and screening CTC for DC transformer, its technical level has been reached leading position in China. The products are mainly used for 220kV, 500 kV, ±800kV、1000kV and above transformers, super-voltage, high-capacity transformers and 500 kV reactors. Among them, we have possessed the independent intellectual property right of the netting heat-bonding CTC and its independent manufacturing technology had been sanctioned by State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) for the patent. Now the netting heat-bonding CTC has become the leading products of BTEW and the main motive force of the economic growth. BTEW gained the title of “Quality and Profit Advanced Enterprise of Hebei Province” in 2006, the “Excellent Invention and Creativity Enterprise of Hebei Province” in 2009. BTEW has been persisting in the enterprise principles to “win market with quantity, to develop with innovation, to get profit with management” , and will unify the programs, use resources rationally, keep up its development continuously, healthily and rapidly, and do its best to create the “Tianwei Wire” international brand, also an electromagnetic wires production base which will take lead in China and be of the fist-class in the world.
